The Fire Chiefs' Association of Massachusetts is putting on a seminar for those involved in purchasing apparatus or involved in fleet mangement. Making knowledgeable, informed decisions on creating specifications for new apparatus, lease purchase options, buying used apparatus, and when to rehab old apparatus will be discussed.

Fire Service Award for Excellence 2008
The 2008 application period for the Fire Service Award for Excellence is now open. This award, cosponsored by U.S. Safety Fire Technologies and the IAFC, recognizes innovations and achievements in managing resources to reduce the loss of life and property from fire and other emergencies.
